Shipping policy

Warm Weather and Melting Disclaimer: Please know that whipped body butters and foaming scrubs are very delicate and stand the chance of melting when exposed to warm temperatures. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds or replacements on melted products. Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or on porches during warmer weather. If possible, have your package delivered to an address where you’ll be available for delivery. If they do melt it does not change the product. The product is still the same. But If you want to get it back to it’s normal whipped state just pop it in the freezer or fridge and it can be whipped back up. If you receive your product and it is melted it will sometimes look half way full. That is only because when body butters are whipped air pockets get formed into the mix and once melted those air bubbles disperse and if melted it will appear half way full.

Also we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I can open a claim through USPS for you though. Please make sure your address is correct on Etsy. We do not provide refunds if you provide a incorrect address. We will however send your package to the correct address once the items are forwarded back at the cost of the customer. 

Since these are made to order there can be a slight colorant variation in all of the products. All of my body butters are measured by fluid ounces. What is pictured is our 8oz containers. The mica powders in these butters may interact with the skin depending on the type of skin tone you have, if you want a custom color or no mica please let me know. 

I do not accept returns but I do exchanges (accordingly). You will be responsible for paying for the return as well. I try my best to make my customers happy and if something is wrong with your butter as far as how it works etc I can definitely exchange but as far as if you don’t like the scents you chose I cannot exchange for that cause because I do not make the scents. I buy them from a separate vendor.   

Processing times are at 5-7 business days right now. Please keep in mind ladies it’s only me running my shop I always always ship out before the deadline. Every single one of my products are made to order and guys I’m also a full time single mother to 2 kids and I also have another job as well so please please be patient with me ♥️
